Contribute a Wellbeing Review
Are you a midlife woman who enjoys wellbeing experiences?
I’m looking for guest contributors to share their experiences of wellbeing places that support midlife solo women, including those managing chronic health conditions.
Your review can help other women discover safe, restorative, and empowering destinations.
Why contribute?
- Visibility – Your name and website (if you have one) will appear at the top of the post, with links to your social media. I’ll also share your post on Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Share your story – Reflecting on your experience can be deeply rewarding, helping you process and celebrate your journey.
- Inspire others – Your review can guide women who are unsure where to start or feel isolated while travelling solo with health challenges.
- Connect with like-minded women – Join a supportive community of midlife solo travellers.
What I’m looking for:
I welcome guest blog posts on the following topics:
- Reviews of wellbeing places you’ve personally experienced — retreats, accommodations, wellness centres, or restorative experiences.
- Personal context about managing chronic health conditions, menopause, or midlife travel challenges is welcome, but the focus should be on the place itself.
- Practical tips for other travellers: accessibility, safety, comfort, atmosphere, food, or special features that make the stay supportive.
- Your story of travelling solo with a chronic health condition
Guidelines
- Min 1500 words
- Photos are not required but are highly welcomed
- Please keep in mind that I may edit the article for grammar and SEO and I reserve the right to add affiliate links. I may add additional content e.g. introduction.
