Solo travel on your own terms
What if your next trip was designed with your health in mind — not held back by it?
Who is this space for?
It’s for women living with chronic illness and hidden disabilities (physical, mental & emotional) who long to explore the world — solo and on their own terms.
Traveling with a chronic illness isn’t without challenges, but it can be deeply healing, empowering, and life-affirming.
Through shared stories, practical tools, and honest reflections, you’ll find guidance and encouragement for every step of your journey.
I share my experiences as a woman over 50, offering insights from my journeys with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), whilst embracing the rollercoaster of menopause. This is the lens through which I see the world – however, women of all ages are welcome.
You are not alone — and your adventure doesn’t have to wait.

Let’s begin planning…

Guidance, Support & Reflections
Traveling solo with a chronic health condition brings unique challenges — but also powerful opportunities for growth, confidence, and self-discovery.

Is it time to reclaim your freedom?
There comes a moment — sometimes quiet, sometimes fiery — when you realise: you’re not waiting anymore.
Not waiting for someone to come with you.
Not waiting for your health to be perfect.
Not waiting for a better time to start living your life.
If you’re a woman navigating chronic illness, especially in the second half of life, this moment might be stirring inside you right now.
Maybe it’s a longing you’ve carried for years — to travel solo, to explore on your terms, to feel free again.
This isn’t just a journey across geography. It’s a journey toward something deeper: Wholeness.

What is a Chronic Health Condition?
A chronic health condition is a long-lasting health issue that typically requires ongoing management and care. These conditions often persist for months or even years, and while some may not be curable, many are effectively managed through medication, lifestyle changes, and self-care strategies.
Some chronic conditions are visible, but many are considered hidden disabilities — not immediately obvious to others, yet very real in the way they affect daily life and travel. You may look well on the outside while managing fatigue, pain, mobility issues, or mental health challenges that shape how you experience a journey.
Common chronic conditions include:
Mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, which can also be long-term and significantly affect daily life.
Physical health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, multiple sclerosis (MS), and digestive disorders like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
