Holistic therapeutic services to support you on your journey
Personally collated for you
Are you travelling or living a nomadic life and need a little support?
Travel can be empowering, transformative and full of possibility — but being somewhere beautiful doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes simple.
Loneliness, uncertainty, changing routines, old patterns and the physical and emotional challenges of long-term travel can follow us wherever we go.
Through the Orchids to Olives collection of therapists and wellbeing practitioners, you can access support while you’re travelling — wherever you are in the world.
Practitioners can help you with:
- Personal growth and self-awareness
- mental and emotional support
- Functional and holistic health
- Nutrition and healthy living
- Working through challenges and barriers
- Creating space to rest, reflect and simply be

Travel can be a space for growth
Travel has the power to shift our perspective, challenge old patterns and help us discover new parts of ourselves.
Connecting with the right wellbeing practitioner can give you space to reflect on that experience, deepen your self-awareness and continue your personal journey — wherever you happen to be.
Continuity Matters
When you’re travelling, having someone you can turn to can provide a sense of familiarity and reassurance.
Building a relationship with a practitioner over time means you don’t necessarily have to start again every time you move to somewhere new. That continuity can create a valuable sense of stability when everything else around you is changing.
Rooting down and finding balance
Feeling out of balance? Things just not feeling quite right but you can’t put your finger on why? Perhaps you just need to take some time for yourself to root down, reflect and find your balance.
Travelling long term isn’t all roses…
Loneliness, anxiety and moments of discontent can find us anywhere — even in the most beautiful places. There can be an expectation that because you’re living somewhere warm and beautiful, you should feel happy all the time. But life isn’t that simple.
You take yourself with you, wherever you go.
Old worries and familiar patterns can surface when you least expect them to, while the realities of long-term travel — being away from familiar people, constantly adapting and sometimes feeling lonely — can affect how we feel. And then there can be another layer: the guilt of feeling that you should be happy because you’re sitting beneath palm trees on a beautiful beach.
But wellbeing isn’t about being happy all the time.
Sometimes you need space to acknowledge what’s really going on, reconnect with yourself and find your balance — wherever in the world you happen to be.
Explore the Orchids to Olives collection of therapists and wellbeing practitioners, and find support that fits your journey.

Compassionate Inquiry

Meet
Lizzie Reumont
Self-Awareness
Lizzie is a therapist and educator who has devoted her life to helping people build self-awareness and be more at ease in body and mind.
Lizzie works as a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, a psychotherapeutic approach to understanding oneself developed by Gabor Maté. It is an approach that explores what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. Within each session, the body plays a role in helping to navigate our inner world – to help access deeper or hidden emotions.
Compassionate Inquiry is about deepening our self-awareness and getting clear about belief systems and their origins to stop self-inflicted suffering.
Lizzie also works as a Rolfer and somatic therapist, helping to release tension strains and re-educate functional movement; and a yoga teacher. She has an in-person studio in Surrey, and works with people all over the world, online.
My review: I contacted Lizzie after reading Dr. Gabor Maté’s book ‘The Myth of Normal – illness, health and healing in a toxic culture’. I discovered that he had created a therapy, called Compassionate Inquiry which resonated with me.
Lizzie is incredibly warm and creates a safe space in which to explore the deepest part of your self. She seems to know exactly the right questions to ask in order to shine a light on blockages. This enables you to delve deeper and begin the process of reconnecting with the deepest part of yourself.

Holistic Counselling

Meet
Sarah-Joy Amin
Mind, body & soul
Holistic counselling and therapy is an approach which helps clients heal by taking the entire human being and their experiences into consideration during assessment and treatment. It treats a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs in an integrated way.
Everyone needs support at some point or another in their lives. Support can come in many ways through family, friends and the community. Sometimes, however, more informed, trained and objective support through holistic counselling, free from prejudices and judgements, can take you much further in healing, resolving or transforming a personal problem, family or relationship conflict or dilemma.
Furthermore, deep rooted patterns within your unconscious, often unknown to you, can also cause repeated mental and emotional stress. Or, you may seem to be attracting similar unwanted life situations and don’t know why. Here holistic counselling & psychotherapy can help you become aware of the root causes of your problems and gain more clarity in addressing them.
My review: My sessions with Sarah -Joy always leave me feeling like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. They enable me to delve inward, in a way that I had not experienced before, in order to explore the root of the problem.
I interviewed Sarah-Joy about her approach to counselling, you can read it here.
Integrated Wellness Coach

Meet
Jude of Prayana
Integrated Wellness
Prayana is an integrated health and wellness coaching service, bringing together movement, nutrition, breathwork and meditation to support long-term health and wellbeing.
Drawing on a background in physiology, nutrition, functional medicine, yoga and Pilates, Jude combines evidence-informed practice with the insights gained from living, studying and teaching throughout Asia. Her approach brings together the best of Western science and Eastern philosophy, recognising that health is shaped by the interaction of the body, mind and environment.
Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, Prayana takes a personalised, whole-person approach, helping clients understand the root causes of ill health and make practical, sustainable changes that fit their lifestyle. Whether the goal is improving metabolic health, managing stress, increasing energy or simply feeling more balanced, Jude aims to provide the knowledge, support and tools to create lasting change.
Every programme is tailored to the individual, drawing on movement, nutrition, breathwork and meditation where appropriate, depending on their goals and circumstances.
Education sits at the heart of Jude’s approach, empowering clients to better understand their bodies, make informed decisions about their health and develop habits that create lasting change.
An initial consultation includes a comprehensive health review and personalised report with practical recommendations and clear priorities for moving forward.
My review: I worked with Jude for my neurological symptoms and found her approach both comprehensive and knowledgeable. She looked deeply into my blood work, gut health, lifestyle, nutrition and overall wellbeing, rather than focusing on symptoms alone. I also appreciated her broad understanding of movement and nervous system support, including yoga, Pilates and physical wellbeing. I felt genuinely listened to and supported throughout the process, and have taken on board her advice regarding supplements to support my health, alongside practices to help regulate my nervous system.”
Reiki

Meet
Sandra Keating
Intuitive reiki
Reiki healing feels like an energy massage. Treatments leave you feeling more connected, relaxed, balanced and uplifted, promoting increased wellbeing. Distance reiki can be incredibly powerful and can be sent anywhere at any time.
Sandra has a regular client base for remote healing which includes her original London clients, new local clients who have moved over to distant and people from all parts of the world including Europe, South America and India. She has even given treatments to clients traveling during flights.
Her spiritual journey started over ten years ago with a health-related issue and she continues to explore what it means to live in balance in today’s modern world. She loves to understand the connection between people and place and has a deeper core understanding of the positive effects of working with energy within and around us and what this can bring to the mind-body when it’s in flow.
Sandra has a fluid approach and works best for the client organically and intuitively. These gentle and often powerful sessions are not over zoom or anything and begin with both lighting a candle at an agreed time to a relaxing playlist, together inviting the reiki healing to take place. Sessions are followed by a reflective telephone consultation and usually last an hour.
My review: I’ve had both in person and distance reiki with Sandra, both were beautiful. I found my distance reiki session to be deeply relaxing, with a lot of sensation around my head and feet. I felt like I floated through the following day and then clearer and more grounded the day after.
Reiki continued

Meet
Jenny Mowbray
distance reiki
I began my Reiki journey 30 years ago. I completed the first stage of training, along with reflexology but then when my son came along, I figured it was time to get a ‘proper’ job and trained to be a teacher. Reiki stayed with me in the background as a technique to use on myself and loved ones.
30 years on, journeying through a challenging time emotionally and physically I felt a strong intuitive pull to complete the next stage of reiki, initially for my own healing and then as my confidence grew to treat others. I completed my Reiki 2 with The Reiki Academy.
My personal passion and interest is in distance Reiki healing. I have been quite astounded by its profound impact, after initially receiving distance Reiki from Sandra Keating (above) and then later during my Reiki training.
Reiki energy transcends both time and space, so by using the reiki symbols the practitioner can connect with you energetically and offer you the gift of reiki in your own space. I have found distance healing to be incredibly powerful. At first, I wasn’t sure why, but now I believe it’s because both the recipient and the practitioner are very relaxed in their own surroundings and thus more open to receiving healing energy.
Reiki enables you to reconnect to the deepest part of yourself, often creating the sense that you are returning home to the core of who you are. It promotes a deep mediative state which can facilitate both physical and emotional healing.
EFT Tapping

Meet
Lucy
A gentle way to transformation
Lucy is experienced in a range of modalities – astrology, meditation, Eden Energy Medicine, Bach flower remedies – but she loves to focus on tapping because it’s so effective at making change quickly.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as “tapping”, is a therapeutic opportunity to live a freer, happier life!
It combines talking therapy with physically tapping on specific meridian points on the body, similar to acupuncture but without needles.
Whilst at first it might seem a bit strange, the effects of Tapping go deep, helping to resolve issues on mental, emotional, physical and energetic levels.
EFT helps individuals reduce emotional distress, anxiety, and negative beliefs by addressing the underlying emotional issues associated with physical and psychological symptoms. It’s often used for a variety of conditions, including stress, trauma, phobias, and chronic pain, promoting emotional well-being and resilience.
Lucy states ‘I am always humbled by its effectiveness, ease, and gentleness to bring about transformative results. I love the alchemy which takes place when working together with somebody, and which is so very different from following a video online or when using EFT by yourself.’
‘Clients tell me that they didn’t expect a tapping session with me to go so deep and in a sense that is what I specialise in; helping people get to the heart of things. ‘
‘I love working with people who are neurodivergent (probably because I am!) and I love working with anyone who wants to bring about positive change to their lives!’
Tarot

Meet
Jessica at Luminary
Tarot for transition
Jessica believes that tarot can serve as a profoundly supportive tool during times of transition. These moments can often feel overwhelming, filled with noise and confusion. Tarot has the unique ability to help soothe that chaos, offering valuable perspective on your experiences. It encourages you to explore new ways of understanding your challenges and helps define and acknowledge our feelings more clearly.
Jessica’s approach to Tarot reading is deeply rooted in compassion, empathy, and intuition. She comes from a place of non-judgment and approaches each reading with an open mind and an open heart. She creates a welcoming and accepting environment that allows you to share your deepest concerns and questions.
If you need guidance, insight, or a fresh perspective on your life journey, she would be honoured to work with you.
My review: Jessica’s tarot readings are very perceptive and accurate, they foster self-reflection, enable emotional release and provide contemplation for a way forward. Jessica’s readings are comprehensive and she offers a follow up for any residual questions.
Yoga

Meet
Jay Rossi
Vitality & Inner strength
Jay is dedicated to unlocking your full potential through yoga. With over 35 years of experience, he offers inclusive classes designed for all ages and abilities. His mission is to foster physical vitality, inner strength, and emotional resilience, guiding you toward a balanced, transformative life.
Jay offers daily online classes covering a diverse range of themes including reshaping your fascial body, improving balance, somatic harmony & realigning posture, elastic pelvic floor, slow therapeutic yoga, realigning your spine, meditation & chant and breathwork.
Each yoga class is different which means that throughout the week, you work on every aspect of your being thus ensuring a process of continued inner growth. This is not only great for your body, but also your brain which thrives on new information.
Jay offers unlimited access to daily zoom classes with video recordings available on request for any classes you can’t make.
My review: Jay has been my yoga teacher for about 7 years, first in person and now online, and in my opinion he’s the best! He is very knowledgeable about the mind and body, and no two classes are the same, thus meaning that you are constantly evolving and working into different areas of the body.
Jay’s online instructions are very clear, so sessions often feel like a meditative journey in flow and the classes in general have helped me to deepen my meditation practice through regular breathwork.
The beauty of the online format means that wherever I am in the world, I know I can access excellent quality yoga every day of the week either live or by video.
